Jetstar only offers direct flights between Queenstown and Auckland, between Queenstown and Christchurch, between Wellington and Auckland, and between Wellington and Christchurch.
So to fly from Wellington to Queenstown with Jetstar, you’d have to first fly from Wellington to Auckland and then from Auckland to Queenstown, or from Wellington to Christchurch and then from Christchurch to Queenstown.

Air New Zealand is the only air carrier that offers direct Wellington Queenstown flights through the Air New Zealand Link Network.

If direct Wellington Queenstown flights with Air New Zealand are unavailable or fully booked, you always have the option to fly with Air New Zealand via Christchurch to get from Wellington to Queenstown.
